Yunosuke Hirano is Of Counsel of Nozomi’s Los Angeles office. He has a wide range of experience in cross-border transactions including investments in startups, M&A, and commercial agreements. Before joining Nozomi, he worked at a Japanese law firm and also worked as Deputy General Counsel at a Japanese listed company and its U.S. subsidiary.

Practice Areas

・Cross-border Investments: investment agreements, mergers, joint ventures in countries such as the U.S., Japan, Israel, India and southeast asia countries.
・International Transactions: commercial contracts such as sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, and distribution agreements.
・General Corporate Matters: service terms and conditions, privacy policy, internal policies, and authorization matrix for Japanese corporations and its foreign subsidiaries.
