Nozomi is one of the very few law firms in Japan which regularly advises on Korean matters on a regular basis. Nozomi has three lawyers who speak Korean and have extensive experience in Korean legal matters. They have supported a number of Korea-based clients on, among others, incorporation of a company in Japan, contract preparation and negotiation, general corporate matters, due diligence for an acquisition of a Japanese company by a Korean corporation and termination of a joint venture between Korean and Japanese companies.
